Widget questions
- Is it really free?
- Yes, for any website. The one condition is that the credit line under the widget stays visible and keeps its link.
- Does it slow my page down?
- No. It is a single lazy-loaded iframe of about 15 KB, with no script on your side. It loads only when a reader scrolls to it.
- How fresh is it?
- Picks, scores and standings come from the same data as our pages. The widget refreshes every few minutes, every minute while a game is live.
- Can I use the data without the iframe?
- Yes. Every widget has a JSON twin with the same parameters: /api/widget/today, /api/widget/table and so on. Two conditions: a visible link to us next to the data, and at most 60 requests a minute per address.
